Comfortable Childbirth with Hypnosis and EFT
Hypnosis and EFT for childbirth are the perfect tools to help you prepare for your baby’s arrival, allowing you to feel relaxed and confident during your birthing. Moms who use hypnosis and EFT during labor report needing fewer drugs or no drugs, which means less risk of side effects for both you and your baby (plus babies with fewer drugs in their system are better sleepers and nursers). Hypnosis and EFT eliminate the Fear-Tension-Pain cycle and can help you have shorter labor since there is less resistance of the birthing muscles when pain and fear are minimized or eliminated. This class will prepare you to have abundant energy through every stage of your labor so you can expect fewer interventions for failure to progress and therefore fewer fetal and maternal complications during labor. Your instructor will show you techniques to keep your blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature steady while at the same time eliminating the nausea, back and hip pain that are often associated with labor. Even breech and posterior babies can be turned using the self-hypnosis techniques and EFT applications you will learn. Most importantly, the deep relaxation you will learn to experience can help both you, and your birth partner, to relax and enjoy pregnancy and childbirth.

EFT for Women
EFT, often called emotional acupressure, stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and it is based on the idea that unresolved emotions can compromise our potential for happiness. In essence, EFT is an emotional healing technique which is also capable of dramatically relieving many physical symptoms.
EFT combines emotional elements with the ancient principles of acupuncture, to produce a revolutionary discovery: unresolved emotional issues are caused by disruptions in the body’s energy system. These disruptions inhibit our natural ability to heal, leaving us open to nagging fears, chronic pain and terminal illness. EFT addresses the causes of energy disruptions with a gentle tapping procedure using the fingertips. The process addresses causes, not just symptoms. Tapping with the fingertips, on various body locations, serves to balance energy meridians which become disrupted when you think about, or become involved in, an emotionally disturbing circumstance. Your actual memories stay the same, but the emotional charge is gone. Typically, cognition often changes in a healthy direction as a natural consequence of the healing and results are long-lasting. Learn how to use EFT to get results as you are guided, by an experienced EFT Practitioner, through tapping sequences that will specifically address women’s issues.

Weekend EFT Intensive

This EFT weekend intensive provides you with eight hours of live instruction, guided by an experienced EFT practitioner.
